"I have used Unified Builders for 2 home projects over the last year or so. The first one was to strengthen and shore up the bathroom floor on the first level. It had been cut into and created a "bounce" in the bathroom. They also removed and reset the toilet in that space. They subcontracted with a flooring company to redo the floor with our existing leftover vinyl. Hope, one of their employees, was at the house the whole time to manage the floor contractor and to act as a mediator and facilitator for the work. When the toilet started leaking a month later, the team came back and redid the toilet and had the floor fixed again. It was so much of a pleasure working with Doug, Hope and Heather that when we decided to put in new ceiling fans and paint the bathroom ceiling, I did not hesitate to call Unified again. They got the work done quickly, subcontracting with an electrician for the fans. They also replaced the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan which proved to be more difficult than originally thought but they did the work and it is gorgeous. The team is always open to feedback and check in after the repairs/work to make sure that we are satisfied. The pricing for both projects was comparable to other contractors in the area but working with this team felt easier as they were so tuned into what we needed. I would not hesitate to call them again for home improvement and building projects. Currently they are working up a bathroom redo for us! I recommend them to everyone! "
